Observation

0165 (2c, 5f, 5g) An extension cord and additional power cord were seen plugged into an outlet above the toilet. The cords are used to power the Christmas lights hung on the outside of the home. The cords dangle inside the bathroom, coming in the window from the outside. The bathroom door was open. Children were in care at the time of this visit. 0165(5)(g) is a repeated violation from the last visit. Lina had said she would unplug the lights while children were in care and keep the bathroom door securely closed as her way to correct this issue as stated on the last inspection report. 0165(1)- Children were taken into an unlicensed bedroom at the end of the hall to retreive a staff file. This unlicensed room is not made inaccessible to children. Since this room is unlicensed space, it has not been inspected to ensure it is safe for children. During a site visit on 4/21/22, blinds were located in this unlicensed room. Licensor did not go in this room as it is unlicensed space.
